Just ordered 12 pallets of general merchandises from them for my store, Their close out pricing is amazing, I will rather order brand new merchandise from them instead of China from now on, Better price than manufacturers.

I highly recommend this store, I first went to Landstreet on Black Friday and Tyler did a flash sale on painters, I got a new painter for my Dad who is building a house at an amazing deal!! Today I went to Edgewater and Steven gave me an amazing deal on 2 chairs, So I bought a mattress too, Thank you guys this will be two stores I must visit more often in coming years! I sooo wish I could Remember the young lady that helped us at the Edgewater store this morning, she was absolutely amazing and the also the gentleman that pulled the tree off the crate for us she opened up three trees for me I would highly recommend the store.

Got some issues, but it works for me.

Went there today for the first time, The guy helping us was great, but we are 3 big rooms full of pallets, but got told we could only buy from 1 area, 98% of what we was allowed to buy was walmart, Wasn’t allowed to see the rest, so don’t know what there could have been, Also, they post all the better name brand stuff on Facebook auction, which I see why, but put none on the floor to buy at a set price, Just felt very limited, I’m sure we will do ok with what we did buy, but I could see the potential that could have been if allowed to go into the other rooms, I’m sure we will come back sometime, but maybe when we have a more choice of retailer pallets.

Steven & Tyler have created a business (that in my opinion;) leads the Industry as a whole in the state of Florida! These gentlemen are sincerely thankful for every portion of their business (whether it be $1 or $1,000 purchase!).
